Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a Social CRM Support Representative to join a great team. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and customers.
• Utilize phone communication skills effectively to engage with customers.
• Make outbound calls confidently to connect with and assist clients.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a phone-based customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with customers over the phone.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service software is a plus.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday - 7:00am-4:30pm (hours may vary)

Benefits
